If the app doesn’t fix the problem, download drivers directly from the device manufacturer and install them manually. If you’re using a Logitech webcam, or another brand, it is a good idea to install any apps that are available for configuring it.

Turn Camera OnĬamera access on Windows 10 can be enabled and disabled for the entire OS. Don’t leave anything on just because it’s transparent. If it’s a brand new device, you may not have removed all protective stickers/films from the device so take a good look at it and remove anything that’s still pasted on. It is possible that something is physically blocking the lens of your webcam. Before you start though, give your system a restart first and see if that fixes things. Here are a few things you can try to fix problems with any type of webcam. Logitech is one very popular webcam manufacturer and its products sometimes have problems particular to its own cameras. Some webcam brands have problems of their own. Webcam black screen issues in Windows 10 Sometimes, the camera just shows a black screen.

That’s all you have to do in most cases to start using the camera however, it doesn’t always work. In some cases, you might need to grant the app permission e.g., when Chrome tries to access the camera, it will ask for permission. Any app that you install will be able to detect it and stream from it. No need to overpay for something so simple like a power splitter, just to have a "Asus Aura compatible" sticker on it.An integrated webcam is easy to use it’s all set up when you boot to your desktop. You can make one yourself from bunch of wires and connectors. If Asus make something like that can someone point me in the right direction, if not then they can take this as a product suggestion because i'm pretty sure there are a lot of people who would pay for something like this. One Aura setting would then make everything plugged into the splitter the same. What I would like if at all possible is a small box that can be hidden behind the backplate that would plug into the on board Aura header and then pass whatever that header outputs through to multiple headers which you can plug other devices into, preferably with molex or sata power to it so it doesn't overload the on board. I don't want to use just straight Y splitters as it would probably end up overloading the Aura controller on the board.

I want to install multiple RGB fans and at least 2 RGB Strips since I have a full tower case. The reason I ask is I own a Rampage V Edition 10 and it only has one Aura header on the board. I'm wondering if Asus make such a thing as an Aura Splitter.
